Install options
Install Stylish for Firefox, Thunderbird, Flock, Mozilla Suite, SeaMonkey, or Songbird. If you have Stylish already, make sure you're using the latest version and have JavaScript enabled.
You need Firefox with Stylish to use this style. Get it now, then Install Stylish, then come back here to install this style.
- load into the Stylish extension where you can preview and save it.
- this style has been updated since you installed it in Stylish.
- Greasemonkey and Opera users can load this style as a user script.
To VAR1016 - If you want to use it only in Google Reader you should just install this script as a user script (Load as user script not into stylish) and then use the Greasemonkey "exclude pages" feature to exclude the unwanted Google subdomains (http*//mail.google/* http*//docs.google/* .......)
Wow, talk about a problem solver! By the end of the day, I cannot stand pages with a while background, and installing this as a greasemonkey user script solved my problems with a number of pages I reference regularly. I also have it installed at a style, in those cases where the eye-balls are just too tired to deal with any white page backgrounds. As a gm user script it is a snap to add and exclude pages as I see fit.
works great for classic google but like all google-related styles, there are a myriad of other details to cover. an example is added content to igoogle ... some but not all of those have a white background.
